Delivery: Athletic tempo slight glove tap for timing at top of leg kick. Works hips down the mound well
Arm Action: RH. Some stiffness out of the glove w/ longer backside circle. Quick athletic ¾ finish
FB: T90.4, 88.0-89.4 mph. T2447, 2313 average rpm. Slight cut to glove side, Heavy through catcher

The young RHP showed good glimpses of potential in his outing this weekend. Slender build with high coordination allows for his operation to be very clean and repeatable. Ran the FB up to 87 mph on the day, while sitting mostly 83-85 mph. From a true ¾ arm slot, Meckna has potential on the mound while having a body to dream on. High level 2024 prospect.

6-foot-3, 175-pounds two way player ran his fastball up to 88 mph. Lean athletic build. Fastball gets on a downhill plane, straight action. Above average spin rate. Above average feel for both slider and curveball. Both show depth and tight spin. Slight fade action on change up to his armside. Ran a 7.24 60 yard sprint. Slightly open narrow stance, stride triggers barrel tip, top spin contact during round of BP. Pull side approach. Posted a top exit speed of 86.06 mph per Trackman. Clean actions in the outfield, above average arm.
