Teel has a strong, athletic frame. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 84 mph. Offensively, ball jumped off the bat. Starts in a crouch with hands above back shoulder. Small leg kick and stride. Aggressive hands and hips. Uphill finish. In the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 89 mph.  During the event, he recorded a 60 time of 7.18. On the mound, he used a short arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. He is a tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows some effort in his delivery. His fastball was clocked at 82-84 mph; and topped out at 84 mph;  which had consistent accuracy and heavy action. He located his curveball for a strike at 68-69 mph; which showed consistent accuracy 11/5 action. Showed consistent accuracy and some action on his fading changeup.
