Castellini has a lanky, athletic frame at 6-foot-2 190-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.22. Exit Velocity topped at 88 mph. Freshman with a lot to like already. Offensively- starts in a tall, opened stance with hands level with back shoulder. Uses a leg lift and stride to start swing, hand load is minimal. Shows some fluidity in swing and follow through, finishes on back foot with some lift. Defensively- short, quick arm action - throws topped at 75 mph with some armside run. Needs to continue to work on quickness and agility with lateral movements in the field - but still just a freshman. Solid looking prospect to watch for the next few years.
