Blaise is a lean yet athletic 6-foot-0 170 pounds with room for additional physical gains. Pitching- Blaise uses a direct drop step back into a mid chest balance point. Arm action is long with throwing arm and a shorter glove arm, working through a 3/4 arm slot. Stiff front leg on landing that Blaise is able to work downhill over. Could benefit from additional back leg drive. FB sat 80-81 MPH, touching 82 MPH with more in the tank as a 2018 grad. Change up flashed some run at 76-77 MPH but a bit on the firm side. Curveball checked in at 70-71 MPH, occasionally "casting" out his release producing early action that stayed on the same plane with a little tilt. Exaggerated finish here will tight up the rotation and help expand some of it's depth.
