Magill has a 6-foot, 160-pound athletic frame; OF/3B. At the plate, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 86 mph. Uses a small foot lift and stride to start swing. Hands start above back shoulder and load up slightly. Shows some elasticity and strength in hips and hands. Line drive pop. From the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 80 mph; hands were consistent and his feet were rhythmic. Used a long arm action and a high ¾ slot while showing very consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.23.

4/06/19

Uncommitted. Magill was 3-3 off of Maryland recruit Matt Orlando, including a double that he was cut down at 3B trying to extend to a triple. Opened stance with hands in line with back shoulder and bat parallel to the ground. Small, quiet stance with a small foot stride to start swing. Hands load up and back. Short, compact swing. Definite follow for the spring season.
