3/15/16 - Kiernan made major strides over the winter, and last report had him up to 90 MPH indoors.  Rutgers has been on the recruiting trail hard, and Kiernan is already turning into the hidden gem that they thought he might be when committing him.  A wiry-athletic framed kid, Kiernan has a quick arm and releases from a high ¾ angle.  His curveball is tight, and shows sharp 11-5 break and is a definite swing-and-miss out pitch.
