Hagaman has a lanky, athletic frame at 6-foot-4 180-pounds. Was one of the top performers at the event on the mound. Fastball topped at 86 and sat mostly 82-85 with late life. Curveball had 11/5 break at 70-71 and flashed a changeup with swing and miss potential at 79-80 MPH with armside fade. Hagaman's mechanics show repeatability, and arm action is long and effortless. High-3/4 slot with drop/drive type with lower half. Finishes closed on front foot with strong, firm lead leg on landing. One of the top uncommitted 2021s in NJ.

Hagaman possess a lanky 6-foot-1, 160 pound build who ran a 7.88 60 yard dash.  Offensively, Hagaman recorded an exit velocity of 81 MPH.  Starts with a tall and slightly open stance with bat resting on shoulder.  Bat moves off the shoulder and hands work back to right shoulder.  Uses a knee lift while sitting into his backside prior to foot strike.  Generates power through core while having some whip on a slightly uphill swing. Defensively Hagaman was 81 MPH across the diamond while taking reps at 3B.  Works to create angles to the ball to allow constant foot movement through the catch.  Utilizes heel-to-heel footwork to gain ground to 1B.  Hands funneled into slot just off right chest while using a loose arm action from a ¾ slot.  On the mound Hagaman exhibited a Max FB of 82 while sitting in the 80-82 MPH range.   Hands work down and then back up to create rhythm.  Utilizes a high left kick while sinking into back leg efficiently while coming to the plate.  Shoulders remain level while using a long clean arm action from a high ¾ slot.  Lands straight and balanced while creating extension through his release.  Curveball showed 11/5 shape while sitting 62-64 MPH with command. Hagaman showed an advanced swing and miss change-up for his age with sharp down movement with fade while sitting 74-75 MPH.
