Foster has a strong and physical frame at 6-foot, 195-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.40 seconds and a top exit velo of 94 MPH. Starts at the plate in a slightly open stance with weight slightly shifted onto his backside. Creates rhythm in the hands pre-pitch. Extension through the zone. Feel for the barrel, gap-to-gap power potential. Showed quick-twitch actions in the infield with smooth lateral actions. Top velo of 83 MPH on throws to bases. On the mound, Foster sets all the way on the first base side of the rubber. Slow and gradual start to his delivery, more aggressive after he reached his balance point. Hands stay up high until he descends down the mound. Throws with intent, long and clean arm. FB showed late life at 86-88 MPH. SL with sweep 78-79 MPH. Power CH at 80-83 MPH.
