Physical: 6-1, 175 pounds; Proportional, slight build. 7.78 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Extended take back of the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a late one hand finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. Showed the ability to lift the ball to the pull side.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; walks into ready position while showing active feet. Hands are underneath the body while funneling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 75 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using an angled drop step. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Moderate arm swing while wrist hooks behind back; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 78 MPH, while sitting 75-78 MPH; plays up in the zone. CB: 66-67 MPH; 1-7 shape.
