6-foot-1, 205-pound, physical athletic frame, put together well, already filling out. A right-handed hitting catcher, worked out in the outfield well. At the plate, shows big power, even feet, loaded hands, small toe tap for timing, gaining ground. The swing is powerful, violent at times, could flatten and smooth out a tick, but shows plenty of bat speed and power potential. The exit velocity was clocked at 94 mph runs well for a bigger player, ran a 4.47 home to 1st on a dig. Defensively, threw 71 mph from behind the plate, with a pop time of 1.96-2.08, arm action is super clean and quick on the back. The feet and hands work well together, showed strong hands on the catch. From the outfield threw 82 mph, clean transfer, out front on release, baseball had a downhill flight. Big follow.
