Uses a big kick with a long stride forward, lunges into the pitch and shoots his hands backwards to create some stretch in the upper and lower body. Gets the foot down and throws the hands down into the pitch, working a downhill swing that produces some pop in the barrel. Shot line drives and hard hit fly balls to the pull side, registered an 89 MPH max exit velo. In the infield, Rogers gets to the ball easily, taking long and laid back steps. Shows no issues getting around the ball and creating direction to the target. Fields out in front with the feet still moving and gaining ground to first base. Throws from a 3/4 slot and posted a 79 MPH infield arm strength.
