Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-8, 165lb frame with some two-way abilities. 7.58 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Balanced, slightly bent stance with lower hands playing loosely at chest level to start; utilized a stretched lift and replace stride, initiating a whippy barrel through a slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. Got rotational at times, finishing deep to the first base line with the turn, producing loud contact when on-time to the front of the plate. Sprayed the ball around the field with a gap to gap approach, staying inside and notching a T86 mph bat-exit velocity (via Trackman). Good bat to ball skills with doubles power to the right side on occasion (311 foot batted ball).
Defensively: The outfielder stayed low to the ground with a natural first step and some tempo to his defensive round; approached with chest over toes, fielding softly off the right side, taking a shuffle for momentum before a H ¾ release (quick, 83 mph arm, corner OF projection).
Pitching: LHP - Started off the far right side of the rubber with gaining pace to the delivery; moved athletically down the slope into footstrike, able to repeat at H ¾ slot. The FB ranged from 75-76 mph with arm-side run, adding a 61-63 mph with short 1/7 action. Then countered with a solid 72-73 mph CH out of the same FB arm-speed.
Physical: 5-foot-7, 138-pounds. Compact, athletic frame. 7.86 runner in the 60; 4.69 home-to-1B.
Offensively: LHH. Athletic, balanced stance with bent knees, even base, and hands start back and loaded, uses a small stride for timing Direct, quick barrel path, hands get to the ball quickly, swings is level to the point of contact and finishes on an uphill plane. Stays gap to gap, up the middle. 75 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Starts and stays low on approach, fields the ball slightly outside of his glove foot, high effort release. Long arm swing; over the top arm slot. OF - 78 MPH.
Pitching: Works up tempo with a compact, repeatable delivery finishing with intent. Long arm action dropping down out of the glove before getting up to a high 3/4 slot.
FB: T76, 71-73 MPH. Commands in the zone with arm side run.
CB: 63-64 MPH. Sharp 1-7 break.
CH: 67-68 MPH. Good hand speed with arm side fade.
6-foot, 138-pound, thin, sloped shoulders athletic frame. Room for added strength as he matures. A left-handed hitter, clean path, hands work with easy effort, looks to drive the baseball on a line to all fields. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 71 mph and ran 8.51 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 75 mph, from a higher slot, all throws are down hill with flight and carry to them. Off the mound, the fastball reached 70 mph, with a breaking ball at 65 mph. Showed command to the arm side, lived down in the zone. Good looking young two-way player, chance to hit.
