WNY Travel Workout (January 16, 2017)
Heilig has a loose and wiry frame. Recorded a very quick time of 4.02 seconds from home to first base. Offensively- Has an upright stance with feet at shoulder width. Hands are just above back shoulder. Small stride to initiate swing along with solid hip rotation. Hands are quick to ball with uphill swing plane. Ball comes off bat well and had an exit velocity of 80 MPH from the tee. Defensively- Light on his feet and approaches ball smoothly. Fields ball outside frame of body. Uses a crow hop to generate momentum to target. Had a throwing velocity of 74 MPH from the outfield.
