Physical: Projectable 6-foot-1, 175-pound frame with lean strength in the actions. 7.71 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Slightly open, bent stance with the torso showing minor lean over the plate; utilized minimal movements in the load while launching from the shoulder, as a short lift and replace stride was down on-time with consistency. Entered the hitting zone through a short, flat path with ability to elevate on pitches above the waist. Recorded an impressive 46% line drive rate per Trackman Baseball while notching an 84 mph bat-exit velocity during batting practice. Both played admirably into a gap to gap approach generating a 279 foot batted ball distance and current doubles power at the plate.
Defensively: The primary third baseman flashed active footwork that arrived on time with average pace across the diamond; a soft glove hand worked confidently off the front of his body, accurate 70 mph arm strength across while getting minimal momentum on the throws. Athletic hands and actions overall, could fit nicely at second base as well.
