Physical: Lengthy 6-foot-3, 190lb frame with good, even proportions.
Pitching: RHP - Started from the stretch-only off the left side of the rubber; utilized a medium stack position showing hip-coil at the top, working in a perfect line to the mitt with repeatability found in the delivery. Strike-thrower that landed the FB at 79-81 mph from a shorter, H ¾ slot (carry up in zone at 19 in. IVB average, T2036rpms). Mixed a sweeping 66-68 mph CB with late shape across the zone and added a consistent 70-72 mph CH with some deception and fade to the arm-side.
Physical: 6-foot-1, 163 pounds; lean, proportional frame. 7.93 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. High hands with an upright bat out of a neutral stance; slight weight shift that allows him to get down on time and ready to fire. Engages in his lower half pretty well, is able to create solid rotation with, for the most part, a level swing path. Has some pick up after contact into a two handed finish. Shot some balls back up the middle and barreled some hard hit line drives to the pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 88 MPH.
Defensively: Upright stance, laid back demeanor; slow approach to the ball, bending at the waist to get down into fielding position. Average hands, stands up after fielding to go into transfer; high 3/4 slot with a loose arm. INF - 67 MPH.
Pitching: Worked exclusively from the stretch, slight shoulder tilt going down the mound. straight down out of the glove but is able to get his arm up on time into a loose 3/4 whip. FB: T 78 MPH, 76-78 MPH. Low effort with his fastball that he was able to spot up in the zone with confidence. CB: 61-63 MPH. Effective curveball with some vertical movement to it. SL: 66-68 MPH. Good slider that pairs well with his fastball that has some late glove side tilt. CH: 67 MPH. Changeup is a quality pitch that gives the hitter a tough change in speeds, and will effectively keep hitters off balance.
