Physical: 5-foot-10, 180 pounds; Sturdy, build. 8.05 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a moderate swing path with a two handed finish. More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman. Consistent hard hit balls during the round.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; walks into ready position while playing low to the ground. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a low 3/4 arm slot.INF - 74 MPH. Displays good feet and lateral agility which puts his body in a good position to make the routine play.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a short stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 78 MPH, while sitting 76-78 MPH; arm side run. CB: 65-66 MPH; 2-8 shape. Showed good arm side command of the fastball and curveball.
