Physical: High-waisted 5-foot-11, 170lb frame with some strength in the actions. 7.48 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wide, even, and slightly offset/closed stance as the hands operated at the shoulder to start; utilized a short lift and replace stride, initiating the bat head through a flat, rotational path into the hitting zone. Produced clean swings during BP with natural turns over the rear hip and found success on a line to the pull-side (64% line drive rate via Trackman). Recorded a T82 mph bat-exit velocity with mostly singles power at the moment (good connection in the box).
Defensively: The primary shortstop stayed at a medium, lower posture on his approach to the ball, setting himself up for advantageous hops at the fielding window. Comfortable crossing over and ranging to the backhand side with pace in either direction. Released from an accurate H ¾ slot with easy left side projection (81 mph arm, slight carry).
Physical: 5-foot-9, 153-pounds. Lean, athletic frame. 7.46 runner in the 60; 4.57 home-to-1B.
Offensively: RHH. Athletic, relaxed stance with his feet just wider than shoulder width apart, hands start back and loaded along with a medium leg kick for timing Generates some loft with an uphill swing plane, swing finishes high with two hands, good use of the lower half. Consistent hard contact up the middle and to his pull side. 75 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: INF: Smooth footwork, fields the ball in the middle of his body, funnels the ball into his stomach, soft hands OF: Smooth hands when fielding, quick throw, consistent footwork, smooth mechanics overall. INF: Medium arm swing with a low 3/4 arm slot OF: Medium 3/4 arm slot. INF - 80 MPH. OF - 74 MPH.
