An athletic 5-foot-8, 150 pounds. Pitching- the right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery and an impressive performance at the 2020 games. Agan’s delivery has tempo. Worked with an impressive three pitch mix FB, CB, and CH. Spotted up with the FB to both sides of the plate and kept hitters off balanced with a plus CH. Agan throws from a high ¾ arm slot. A must follow.
Agan is a 5-foot-8, 150 pound RHP from Burnt Hills HS. Pitching- Sets up on the left of the rubber with a high leg raise from the wind-up position. Breaks down well getting into a good throwing position. Shows good loose arm action with a mid-¾ release point and a strong follow through. Fastball range is 77-79 MPH and peaked at 79 MPH showing good arm side run. Curveball was 63-64 MPH with a sharp 12/6 break. Change-up was 68-69 MPH with arm side sink. Consistent strike thrower with good repeatable mechanics. Keeps ball low with good movement on pitches.
Lean and athletic frame with good repeatable mechanics. Shows loose arm action with a high 3/4 release point. Fastball has good arm side run and curveball has tight 12/6 spin. Spots up in strike zone well getting ahead.
