April 2016
Baugher is a well put together high end athlete in center field for the Bulldogs.  The 2016 Patrick Henry CC commit shows next level tools across the board. It comes as no surprise to us as we saw him run a 6.66 60-yard dash as a Junior at the NY Games last year and has been seen over 90-mph from the outfield. Baugher showed upside at the plate with a balanced relaxed set up, simple load, and compact stroke. Put a charge into one ball deep into the center field that got caught up in the wind but showed definite juice in the bat.  The JUCO committed senior shows pro caliber tools and could be an MLB Draft watch kid in a few years.
New York Games (July 7-9 2015)
Stands 5-foot-10-inches, 160-pounds with a very athletic frame evidenced from his 6.65 60-time. Great fielding instincts, shows aggressive mindset and has very smooth feel for the position, glove transfer is quick with above average arm strength with carry to the target. At the plate setup is relaxed and balanced, smooth load and short stride to the pitch, hands are compact, strong (85 mph exit) and short through the zone, makes good contact and ends at an athletic finish after contact. High end athletic player who will help a program at the next-level.

Baugher stands 5-foot-10, 160-pounds with a solid build. He shows good fundamentals on both fly ball and ground ball mechanics fielding the ball out in front and off his left foot coming through.  Baugher also shows a quick release and a live arm from the outfield.  We can see his quickness on his pro agility time of a 4.59. At the plate he shows great hands and a direct path to the ball.  He tends to come slightly uphill which causes him to get more top spin then we’d like at times but if he learns to use his lower half and stay down through the zone longer he should see added power.  This 2 sport athlete is also in the heart of a wrestling season in which he is a standout throughout the state.  We hope to see his frame fill back out and add some power as the wrestling season winds down and he hits the diamond.  Certainly a versatile athlete with some good upside to watch through the summer.
