Physical: Strong, XL 6-foot-1, 190lb frame with durability found. 7.81 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, bent, and wide open stance as the hands showed quick rhythm by the shoulder. Utilized a toe tap stride, stretching to a wide land and launched through a flat path into the hitting zone. Natural feel for the barrel posing some loft in the approach (54% fly ball rate via Trackman). Backspun the baseball multiple times to the pull-side for distance, acquiring doubles power on occasion (317 foot batted ball). Found success leveraging contact at the front of the plate while hitting into a stiff front side T90 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak.
Defensively: The first baseman operated with moderate posture, shuffling to either side and presenting the glove on time (lower posture). Fielded cleanly and exchanged in-time, releasing from a lower H ¾ slot (77 mph arm).
Pitching: RHP - Began off the far left side of the rubber using slower, momentum gaining pace as he approached the top of the stack (balanced); held good separation at hand break, releasing in rhythm from a fluid, H ¾ slot. The FB landed from 76-78 mph to both sides of the plate with some heavy action, mixing a gradual 67-69 mph CB at an 11/5 tilt in advantage counts.
