Pop-Time: 2.08-2.13
6-foot-0, 180-pounds with a strong solid body type, energy behind plate, active quick arm action with accuracy, glove to hand transfer is quick with a 2.08 pop time in the workout. Wide base in the box, relaxed stance, low leg kick for timing, 83 mph bat speed, consistent contact from a slightly inclined barrel path.
Big Apple Preview (October 9, 2017)

Athletic 5-foot-11 178 pound frame catcher who ran a 7.48 60. Offensively- Slightly open stance; feet underneath shoulders with a slight bottom hand load as stride works back to even. Lower half works well as he stays behind the ball, could show additional lower half effort to be more explosive. Works the ball around the field with a moderately short swing path; exit velocity was 78 MPH. Defensively- Quiet receiver; exchanges feet tight to the plate with an upright posture into his throwing motion. Transfer occurs later in the pop step but once he has the ball the arm action stays short with an over-the-top release. Pop time ranges were 2.07-2.15 with his velocity topping out at 72 MPH.
