Physical: Lean / athletic 6-foot-1, 156-pound frame with projectability and room to fill out as he matures. 7.85 runner in the 60-yard dash. Offensively: LHH. WIde even stance with the hands showing minor rhythm above the shoulder in the setup. Utilized a short and repeatable, lift and replace stride to initiate the hands through a flat path into the hitting zone. Demonstrated an upper half dominant swing as the hips cleared early through high posture towards the first base side, Showed off a pull-side approach and featured mostly line drive / ground ball contact on the attack angle during batting practice. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 82 mph according to Trackman Baseball with the ability to increase power by tweaking his posture / working better through extension. Pitching: LHP - Started from the middle-right side of the rubber with average pace in the delivery, deliberate side rocker step into a medium leg lift with repeatability at the top of the stack, intent on the drive out towards the plate with good backside leg drive, gets over the front side while landing through a high ¾ release. FB ranged from 74-76 mph with command in the zone, mixed in a tight, swing and miss 63-64 mph CB with 1/7 shape and late depth, got up to 2300 spin per Trackman Baseball, inconsistent on the release at times. Dropped in a 69-70 mph CH with near fastball arm speed at release.
