Supran stands 6-foot-0, 170-pounds and was the stand out today as he put on a show with his pop times to second base. Sitting between 1.94 and 2.0 what most impressed scouts was his ability to put the ball on the bag every time. His quick hands and release makes him stand out and is able to keep his throws at 2.0 and under. His foot work can be better as he shows to be flat footed when he throws. He shows a god strong presence behind the plate and shows that he can block balls in the dirt real well. His arm and his blocking is well above Avg for high school but he needs to work on his framing. He shows stiff hands and gets crossed up on balls close to hitting the dirt. (unsure if he should block of catch) Since he is young he has time to develop all the tools he needs to be a top catcher. With the right training he should be a big high school stand out.  Projected to be a catcher in college or because of his body size and plus arm I can see him converting to the outfield. At the plate Kyle showed great bat speed and quick hands.  His bat path was level and his back side really drives through the ball. If he gets set early he gives himself a better chance of slowing his at bat down and putting a good swing on the ball. This ball player is young and has raw talent. He should have a stand out year behind the plate on varsity
