Oswego (July 25, 2018)

Lean frame at 6-foot-0 155 pounds. Offensively- Spread stance; direct take back of the hands with an flat swing path through the zone. Line drive results through the middle of the field; added strength in the box will allow for him to reach out to the gaps. Defensively- Starts low; feet stay active while showing some lateral range. Occasionally fields beneath the body. Will need to improve footwork during shuffle to continue his momentum towards 1B. Arm strength more suitable for 2B at this point but plenty of time to improve.

St. Rose (July 10, 2018)

6-foot, 155-pounds. Wide, projectable frame. Lean build. Offensively - Athletic set-up. Square to the pitcher with knee bend. Forward stride triggers hands to pull back to create separation. Bat path gets too steep at times. Shows athleticism and body control to make adjustments. Consistently stays inside of the ball. Exit Velocity was 68 MPH. Defensively - Light on his feet with bounce. Stays balanced and under control moving laterally. Good size for middle infield. Body stays low thru throws. Arm action gets long at times. Shorter, more compact arm action would help for 2B/SS. Soft glove hand when receiving. Arm strength was 70 MPH.
