Matthew checks in at 5-foot-10 160 pounds and has he shows a ton of upside for the 2018 class. Pitching- Plus arm action allowed him to max his FB at 81 MPH. Could really benefit from a more stabilized front side which would increase his ability to repeat his mechanics at a higher degree of accuracy. His Slider was 72-74 MPH with good tight break and very deceptive when mixed in with a consistently accurate fastball.
