Pitching: Works with steady pace driving the knee up with some coil as he gets into the back side striding down the line to a repeatable, balanced finish. Drops the arm back to a neutral slot before getting up to a high 3/4 release.
FB: Heavy with a downhill, steep approach angle through the bottom of the zone. CB: Commanded to the glove side with a late, sharp 11-5 break
Physical: Large, XL 6-foot-3, 215-pound frame with some strength present. 8.14 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - The righty started with a balanced, bent stance as the hands showed quick rhythm high and out over the plate. Utilized a short leg lift stride in order to initiate the bat head through a slight uphill attack while holding posture throughout the forward move. The swing worked short to long, producing backspin to the pull-side gap while hitting into a stiff front side, feel for extension evidenced by a 314 foot batted ball distance as well as an 88 mph peak bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball. Doubles power at the moment with an understanding of how to use ground power in the swing, 67% fly ball rate plays into his desired approach at the dish; developing bat to ball skills will only heighten chances of offensive success down the line (62% on-plane efficiency).

The 2022 graduate has a projectable physical frame at 6-foot-1, 200 pounds. Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in an athletic stance, feet shoulder width apart. Short simple load actions. Displayed hard consistent contact to the middle part of the field. Defensively- the 1B displayed active footwork. Displayed above average funnel actions and quick release from a mid 3/4 arm slot. Pitching- the right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. Miller worked with a two pitch mix during live game action at the 2019 Fall Top Prospect Games. FB peaked at 73 MPH and Cb range was 61-63 MPH.
