2/20/22

Physical: High-upside 5-foot-10, 160lb frame. 6.77 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: LHH - Bent, open stance with the barrel pointed flat over the shoulder. Utilized a slow leg-hang stride while keeping the body back to initiate the swing through a flat, connected path into the hitting zone. Really good barrel control at the plate, living on the sweet spot (53%) during a balanced round to the gaps. Notched a T87 mph bat-exit velocity at his best with developing doubles power.

Defensively: Chopped the feet early and stayed within the frame on the approach. Fielded off his right foot and then manufactured a rhythmic crow-hop before releasing from a short OTT slot to the target (81 mph).

6/30/21

Physical: Twitchy 5-foot-10, 150lb frame with a plus run tool (6.63 runner) with top of the order traits.

Offensively: LHH - Balanced, even stance using controlled rhythm at the shoulder; utilized a heel raise, launching through a quick, direct and flat path into the hitting zone that got to extension consistently. Deep finish to the backside yielding an impressive 60% line drive rate while stacked over the rear hip. Flashed some weight shift into a stiff/adjustable front side producing a T88 mph bat-exit velocity with singles power at the moment (good bat to ball skills, minimal swing/miss in game action).

Defensively: The outfielder demonstrated natural feel for his body in space; got the foot in the ground and made decisions, approaching with good pace over the front side. Fielded off the right side with a soft glove-hand, staying down and releasing from a shorter, quick H ¾ slot (83 mph arm strength, CF projection).

10/18/20

Physical: 5-foot-9, 150 pounds; lean build with speed and athleticism. 6.49 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Balanced base with bend in the knees and hands relaxed in front of the shoulder; toe tap stride with rhythm in the hands as they go back . Aggressive lower half into a stiff front side with short to the ball with a slight uphill path through the zone.  Solid gap to gap contact flashing pull side pop; peak Trackman exit velocity of 85 MPH.
Defensively: Uses prep step; Athletic footwork with quick first step and the speed to cover ground to both sides. Quality glove with quick, clean transfers; Long arm action to a high 3/4 release.  OF - 82 MPH.
