Athletic 6-foot-180 pound LHP/1B who ran a 7.64 60. Offensively- Open setup, preloaded over back leg. Fights himself a bit as lower half could be more aggressive clearing a path to the ball. Exit velocity of 77 MPH. Defensively- Moves well off the bag; active feet with a quick release from multiple arm angles. Arm strength across the diamond was 72 MPH. Pitching- Sets up center rubber, short side step with a mid chest balance point; slight coil with a long arm action. Showed some early arm speed out of the glove. Works through a 3/4 arm slot with FB and change up both showing arm side run. FB wsat 74-76 MPH while touching 78 MPH. More in the tank here if he can maintain arm speed and whip throughout. Change up was in the 68-69 MPH and breaking pitches were 63-64 (CB) and 68-69 (SL). Looking for more consistent action with the spin pitches.
