Wide, even feet with slight bend in the knees; upright with hands up high over shoulder; leg lift and replace with hands loading back. strong effort from the lower half staying behind the ball well with quick into the zone with a flat path and plus bat speed (77 mph) finishing up hill with a 71% on plane efficiency. Solid line drive contact through the pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 86 MPH.
Defensively: Uses prep step; athletic footwork around the bag playing through the ball routinely. plays low to the ground with a soft glove fielding the ball in front with clean transfers; moderate arm action to a 3/4 release. INF - 69 MPH.
Pitching: High leg lift with a turn in of the front shoulder before sitting into back side as strides out to a repeatable landing and release. Whippy arm action to a clean 3/4 release. Displayed consistent backside contact. Top exit velocity was 74 MPH. Defensively- active footwork, soft hands, smooth exchange and quick release on throws across the diamond. The top throwing velocity on throws across the infield was 67 MPH from a low arm slot. Pitching- The left handed pitcher displayed a long free arm. Front side stays close, strong balanced point, smooth hand separation. FB has arm side run and peaked at 73 MPH. CB has a late break and ranged 61-64 MPH. Showed feel for a CH 66-69 MPH.
