Slender build at 5-foot-9, 140 pounds; displays strong arm across the infield; has arm strength to make off-balance play going away from the first; also ranges well up the middle with a sure glove. Home to first time hovers around four. Intelligent hitter; loads light; uses all fields; makes two-strike adjustments and possesses ability to see off speed stuff and drive opposite.
WNY Pro Holiday Clinic (December 19, 2015)
The 5’9 150 pound speedster flashed a 3.96 down the line and showed good tools throughout the day. Offensively- At the plate he sets up knees bent and weight slightly on the back side. He uses a leg kick while creating some bat tilt upon load. His bat path was a little long but he certainly used his lower half well. If he can prove to hit with consistent contact his speed will be an even more dangerous tool. Defensively- In the field he showed good footwork and a + arm from a ¾ slot. The athletic 2017 is going to be a dangerous threat on the base paths and is certainly worth a look come spring and summer for college coaches.
