Aiden Weiland: LHP/1B, (2022) Revere, OH. 6-foot-3, 205-pound. Solid on the mound, showed a ¾ arm angle and a compact arm action with some arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Consistent balance point. Lands open with an athletic finish. Curveball (66-68 mph) 1/7, big shape. Sat with his fastball at 81-83 mph.
Aiden Weiland: LHP/1B, (2022) Revere, OH. 6-foot-3, 205-pound athletic frame. Solid on the mound, using a long arm action he showed quick arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Lands soft with a clean finish. Curveball (67-70 mph), changeup (72-76 mph).Produced a fastball that came in at 81-84 mph.
Scouting Notes: Three pitch lefty that is a definite follow. Has size and feel for his delivery. Up to 80 mph with a sharper breaking ball and fading changeup.
Fastball: 78-80mph.

Breaking Ball: 66-67mph.

2/15/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Projectability is there for the young southpaw, standing 6-foot-3 and 205-pounds. Easy tempo on the mound to a delivery that requires regular effort. Shows above average arm strength through a near over the top slot.
Fastball: 80-83 mph. Works downhill. Heavy pitch. Likely has more in the tank.
Curveball: 63-65 mph. Breaking ball pops out of the hand on a 1/7 plane with big, gradual action. Also tossed a slider with similar sharpness with a slightly different shape.
Changeup: Playable offering with good sell, maintaining fastball arm speed.
