Starts slightly offset. Big inward leg kick and load. Creates deception through release point. Throws from near over the top slot and comes out his ear. Occasional late cut on his fastball at 77-79 mph. Breaking ball has 12/6 movement and is located for strikes at 67-68 mph. Tends to slow down his arm action. Can cut the pitch off at times. Changeup has some fade down in the zone at 69-70 mph. Arm action tends to slow down with the pitch.

6-foot-1, 165 pound athletic frame. His delivery is natural and effortless with polished mechanics. The right hander throws with nice rhythm out of the windup. He throws from a higher ¾ arm slot almost over the top. His fastball has a heavy cut action. He mixes in two off speed offerings. The curveball has a looping 11-5 trajectory with great rotation. His slider has great side to side action that he likes to paint the outer part of the plate with.
