6-foot-3, 195-pound athletic body frame. From behind the plate he works with athletic footwork and stays linear into his throws to second. Throws with a clean, short arm action through a ¾ slot. Improved pop time between 1.97-2.04, reaching a top velocity of 72 mph. From the mound he throws using regular effort with some quickness to his arm speed coming from a ¾ slot. Lands in a straight line at foot strike with his momentum carrying toward home plate. Fastball ranged from 76-78 mph. His curveball has an 11/5 shape with mostly gradual break at 61-63 mph. Slider looked to have a little bit more sharpness to it than the curveball with tighter break and sink between 61-63 mph. Threw his changeup using fastball arm speed at 71-72 mph. Right-handed hitter has a fluid swing with everything working together on time. Starts from a tall stance, with his hands staying mostly quiet, getting to a good launch position before he swings. Finishes his swing with a two-handed follow through. Showed strength during his round of batting practice with the ability to use the whole field. Reached a top exit velocity of 90 mph and ran a 7.74 60-yard dash.

2/17/20 Position Player
Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in an upright setup. Hands stay quiet during the double tap timing trigger with the lower half. Mostly level path to contact with slight downhill tendencies. Ground ball/low line drive ball flight.
Power:Physical bat with bat speed in there. Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection:Run producer ceiling.
Field: Liked what I saw behind the dish. Very quick feet/exchange, above average athlete back there. Popped between 1.99-2.08. Expect pop times to get even better as arm strengthens.
Throw: Average strength with present accuracy.
Defensive Projection: C.

Body Type: 6-foot-1, 195-pound physical frame.

Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Gets into the lower half but still more left in the tank. Longer arm action that should become quicker with maturation. Confidence on the mound.

Fastball: 76-79mph. Slight arm side movement. Has life and potential to it. Tended to be left up in the zone.

Curveball: 59-62mph. 11/5 movement. Good feel for the pitch with potential to locate within the zone. 66-67mph slider with similar movement to curveball.

Pitchability: In the zone most of the time with all pitches. Could locate within the zone better.

Body Type:  6-foot-1, 195-pound physical frame.

Swing Mechanics:  Open stance.  with a simple toe tap that loads his hands well.

Hit:  Level bat path that goes to all fields.  Ball jumps off his bat. Quick hands with some strength.

Power:  Flashes of pop to the gaps with the chance for more to come in the future.

Offensive Projection:  Middle of the lineup guy.

Field:  Open stance with quick and efficient feet.  Receives the baseball well.  Blocking skills are still developing.

Throw:  Good arm strength with short arm action and a smooth transfer.

Defensive Projection:  Catcher.

5-foot-7, 135-pound prospect. At the plate the righty goes with a double tap load to initiate his lower half and create forward energy into contact. Hands move slightly back during his stride before taking a level path to the ball. Registered a top exit velocity of 68 mph. In the outfield he has a tendency to field the ball on his heels. Learning to play through the ball will easily improve his 62 mph arm strength to home plate. From the crouch, he reached a top velocity of 59 mph. Uses long arm action with some length to his transfer. Footwork has room to improve as it gets long. Pop times ranged between 2.74 to 2.82. Ran a 7.73 60-yard dash. Nice repeatable mechanics, while lifting his leg to his waist prior to delivering from a high ¾ arm angle with short arm action. 60-65 mph downhill fastball, 12/6 55-56 mph gradual breaking curve and 57 mph change up.
