Hit: Balanced stance form the right side. Simple swing that stays compact through the ozone. Physical dude with above average hand speed. Got into a few balls to the middle of the field.
Power: Flashed gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Gap pop.
Max BP Exit: 84mph.
Max BP Distance: 283ft.
Field: In the infield he plays light on his feet. Plays udner control throughout sequence and hands are soft through fielding.
Throw: Clean arm with respectable strength.
Defensive Projection: Multiple spots.
Scouting Notes: 6-foot, athletic framed junior mound prospect. Drop and drive actions on the mound. Delivery is overall clean and he is able to repeat. A lot to like here. Fastball is true through the zone. Curveball tunnels well with heater, showing gradual action through the zone. Also spun a slider that travels on a similar plane as breaking ball. Completing his arsenal was a changeup that had good sell with similar action to heater.
