McGrath went 4-for-6 in game action while barreling the baseball in all six trips to the plate. The physical 5-foot-8, 185-pound right-handed hitter squared the baseball routinely in batting practice as well from a high hands load with a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. McGrath showcased good rhythm to his swing and the ability to drive the baseball to both gaps. The uncommitted senior ran a 7.46 60-yard dash and displayed the ability to handle multiple infield positions capably with a 75 mph arm across the diamond.

McGrath displayed the ability to barrel the baseball with authority to all fields from a square stance during batting practice. The 5-foot-8, 185-pound right-handed hitter showcased an 87 mph bat exit velocity and went 2-for-5 with a double and a triple in game play. McGrath showed the capability to play 2B and 3B with a 78 mph arm across the diamond. The sturdy prospect ran a 7.34 60-yard dash.
5-foot-8, 185-pound strong stock build. From the infield he projects more as a second baseman. He does a good job being aggressive and attacking the baseball with a pretty clean exchange. He throw from ¾ slot with a top velocity of 75 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter starts open and stays open. He starts with his hands high and with good rhythm. He shows good bat speed with a flat path through the zone. His top exit velocity off the tee was 80 mph and was 4.82 home to first. 
Possess a solid 5-foot-8, 185-pound frame. Third-base type with 74 mph arm strength across the infield. Long arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Average hands and feet. Offensively, He started with his weight more on back foot. Got to an arm bar like trigger. Uses a short stride. Back half tends to collapse. Some strength in his hands. Top exit velocity of 83 mph. Pull power in his swing. Ran a 7.43 60-yard dash.

The 5-foot-8, 185-pound prospect showed well at the Western PA College Prospect Showcase. He is a solidly built right-handed hitter that showcased an 86 mph bat exit velocity with a short, compact swing. McGrath displayed the ability to barrel the baseball consistently and the potential for some gap power. McGrath demonstrated the ability to make all plays defensively with a 73 mph arm across the diamond. He projects as a 2B at the next level. The junior also showcased a 4.35 home-to-1B time. (

Ran 7.41 second 60 yard dash. Projects better as 2B/3B type defensively with good body balance. Needs to improve arm strength (72 mph).
