5-foot-11, 145-pound thin, athletic frame. An exciting 2019 pitching prospect. Very efficient mechanics that allow him to get the most out of his frame. Arm works. Advanced pitchability and holds runners well. Fastball was 80-83 mph and showed the ability to work both sides of the plate. Have seen him up to 87 earlier this spring. Throws both his offspeed pitches in any count. Curveball has sharpness to it with an 11/5 shape at 64-66 mph. His changeup is his best pitch as he throws it with confidence. The pitch has heavy run and sink at 69-70 mph.

The right-hander was as good as advertised as he lost a no hitter on a swinging bunt with two outs in the 7th. Fastball was anywhere from 83-86 mph and topped at 87 with run. His best offspeed pitch was his 70-73 mph changeup that had heavy run and sink. Also flashed a sharp breaking ball that has signs of being a swing and miss pitch down the road.
