A righty swinger that starts in an open setup. Uses a toe turn load to get back to even. Hands move back to should prior to launch. Barrel gets flat prior to swing decision, causing lag at times. Was at his best to the middle of the field. Has power to come once he matures and frame fills out. In the outfield, he fields through the ball with confidence and maintains momentum into his throws. Uses fluid, athletic footwork in the outfield. A rangy infielder that showed confidence in his glove. Uses efficient footwork approaching, and playing through the baseball. On the mound, the right handed pitcher displays a long, wiry pitcher’s frame. Uses long, whippy like arm action through a ¾ slot. Fastball offers some natural movement arm-side while sitting between 76-79 mph. Breaking ball sits between 61-63 mph as it works with gradual  11/5 break. Also mixes in a 67-68 mph changeup that shows some cutting action from time to time.

At the plate he starts open and gets back to even through a controlled stride. Hands move to his shoulder before getting the bat through the zone on a level path. Would like to see him add rhythm to his swing to aid with timing. Showed solid pop to the opposite field gap. Uses fluid footwork in the outfield. Showed confidence in his glove while fielding through the baseball. Throws were on target for the most part. In the infield he takes direct routes to the baseball with his feet. Fields the ball out in front of his body on plays in his funnel. Would like to see him play lower.

Very projectable frame. On the mound the right-hander has a smooth tempo to his a delivery that requires some effort. Arm speed is above average and he lands in line to home plate. Working through a high ¾ slot he sat 73-76 mph with his fastball. Breaking ball had a slurvish look to it at 61-63 mph. Showed decent feel for the pitch. His best off speed pitch was his changeup that came in at 66-68 mph. Displayed feel for the pitch that had late sink to it. In the outfield he is very mechanically sound with his footwork. Plays through the ball efficiently and is very confident with his glove. Starts in a tall, open setup at the plate. Keeps his hands simple during his controlled stride forward. Swing is level and compact. Found the barrel often in batting practice.
