Starts in a balanced setup at the plate prior to getting into his leg lift for timing. Barrel gets to a vertical position prior to swing decision. Path has some uphill tendencies with barrel getting in/out of the zone quickly. Swing presently offers more strength than speed through the zone. In the outfield he projects as a corner guy. Plays one-handed through the baseball, remaining under control throughout fielding process. Arm strength is area for improvement. Two-way prospect. On the bump the righty works with a slower paced tempo to his lower effort delivery. Rolls through his hip load into his stride, getting down the mound well. Arm works through a near over the top slot, creating downhill plane on his 72-76 mph. Complements his fastball with an 11/5 shaped breaking ball with gradual action at 61-62 mph.
