A right-handed hitter that starts in a taller setup. Stands out immediately for his strength and bat speed. Bat flashes through the zone on a mostly level path. Ball jumps off his bat when he finds the barrel. Flashed power potential to his pull side. Middle of the lineup tools. At third base he showed feel for the position. Footwork is quick and he takes direct routes to the baseball. Glove works well in and out of his funnel. Moves very well laterally for frame. Solid all-around defender.

Infielder Bryce Ray is a strong kid with a fast bat. Showed off his strength/bat speed combination by registering an exit velocity of 92 mph. During batting practice he consistently drove the ball with authority, producing backspin to both fields. In the infield he moves light on his feet and flashed solid glove skills. Would be aided by creating angles in his pre fielding footwork. Projects as a corner infielder at the next level.
