Athletic frame. Big rocker step to the outside of his body. Transitions into big inward leg kick. Good use of his lower half. Uses short arm action through high ¾ slot. Fastball typically sat 78-80 mph. Touched up to 81 mph on a couple occasions. Mixes in a two seam that showed good arm side run. Slider is slurvy at 68-69 mph with hard break across the zone. Curveball has gradual break at 64-65 mph. Mixed in a 72-75 mph changeup. A handsy hitter that uses a no stride approach at the plate. Hands offer both strength and twitch through the zone on a slightly downhill path. A line drive swinger that flashed the ability to generate backspin. Would see immediate increase in pop by utilizing lower half more efficiently. A good athlete up there with tools that translate to the next level. In the infield he reacts well off the bat showing a quick first step. Hands are soft and ball skills are above average. Arm is loose, projecting for more strength with maturity. Tossed it across the diamond with accuracy.
