6/6/16 5-foot-11, 180-pound athletic frame. Manufactures excellent whip through the zone with his upper half through a bat tip load and level path. Has above average strength and batspeed that will only continue to get better as he learns to use his lower half more efficiently. Reached a top exit velocity of 87 mph and ran a 7.32 60-yard dash. Above average across the board. Has ability behind the plate with strong presence. Handles pitchers well. Good to excellent pop times ranging 1.93 to 2.07. Reached a top velocity of 79 mph from the crouch. Impressive workout.
6/30/15 5-foot-11, 170-pound body frame. From the crouch he uses good footwork to get himself turned and in line on his throws down to second base. He throws with a short, clean arm action and a high ¾ release, using 75 mph velocity to produce pop times between 2.05-2.10. Right-handed hitter starts with his weight slightly more towards his back leg, having the tendency to land harder on his front foot. Uses a slight load with his hands. He swings with a flat bat path through the zone, finishing with a two-handed follow through. He showed the ability to use all parts of the field, with some bat speed during his round of batting practice. Reached a top exit velocity of 85 mph and ran a 4.26 out of the batter’s box to first base.
2/17/14 5-foot-10, 160-pound body frame. Threw between a 2.16-2.31 pop time and with 73 mph velocity from behind the plate. Tendency to open early on his throws, which effects his accuracy and arm slot. Offensively, he started with a balanced stance, small light front step, no present hand trigger. Was a little jumpy to the ball at times and needs to work on consistently staying back. Ran a 7.38 60-yard dash.
