6/8/15
6-foot-5, 195-pound tall, athletic body frame. From the infield he shows athletic footwork to work with, while fielding the ball out front nicely, displaying good, soft hands. He throws using a clean, short arm action reaching a top velocity of 77 mph on his throws across the infield. Left-handed hitter starts from an open stance getting himself back to being squared up to even. He could get front foot down sooner to help improve timing at the plate. He uses a good, fluid hands back to shoulder load. He swings level through the zone and uses a two-hand finish. He showed the ability to use both sides of the field and displayed strength in his swing during his round of batting practice. He reached a top exit velocity of 90 mph and ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. On the mound his delivery requires regular effort. He throws using a shorter arm action with average arm speed coming from a ¾ slot. His fastball was between 83-84 mph. He has a tendency to short arm and manipulate his curveball and the pitch is better when he throws it with more arm speed at 66-69 mph, it has gradual break with 11/5 tilt. He also mixes in a changeup using fastball arm speed at 75-76 mph.
