6/19/18 A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Uses a leg kick for timing as hands stay quiet throughout load. Shows a nice path with natural loft ot swing. Ball jumps as a result of above average strength and bat speed through the zone. A line drive hitter that can use either gap. Solid round. A good athlete over at first base. Moves well off the bag and remains fluid throughout fielding sequence. Solid defender in general over there that checks all the boxes. 5-foot-11, 172-pound athletic southpaw possesses a very fluid, rhythmic delivery with moderate effort. Would expect to see a velocity jump in the near future with physical maturity. Arm action is short, whippy while working through a high ¾ slot. Commands fastball well at 74-77 mph. Curveball breaks in a 1/7 fashion with gradual movement at 62-64 mph. Changeup is thrown with near fastball arm speed at 67 mph. Home to 1st: 4.59 Infield Velocity: 76 Exit Velocity: 80

A very good athlete for the first base position. Hands are soft and he has impressive range. Checks all the boxes. Very impressive round of infield. At the plate the right-hander starts in an athletic setup. Uses a leg kick timing trigger as barrel flow through load into launch. Hands are loose, generating easy whip through the zone on a level path. Swing is compact and he finds plane well. Sprayed line drives to both gaps in BP. On the mound the southpaw works exclusively from the stretch. Arm action is clean through a high-¾ slot, projecting for more speed/strength as he matures physically. Worked both sides of the plate with the fastball that was anywhere from 73-76 mph. Curveball works on a 1/7 plane with signs of sharpness at 60-61 mph. Tosses the offering with consistently in the zone with confidence. Also offers a changeup, maintaining arm speed at 67-68 mph. Both secondary offerings project as above average offerings as the will likely sharpen up with velocity increases. A strike thrower that fills up the zone with all three offerings.
