Hit: Physical presence in the box from the right side. Efficient movement patterns that create both energy and balance. Aggressive swing that generated mostly pull side ball flight but showed the ability to spin it well up the middle. Solid round.
Power: Strength and speed are both above average tools to stroke. Some loft power to pull.
Offensive Projection: Middle of lineup.

Field: Physical backstop with a big arm. Showed well behind the dish. Solid receive/block with above average catch/throw abilities.
Throw: Well above average tool.

Scouting Notes: Two-way prospect. Clean arm with above average arm speed. Tunnels fastball/breaking ball with both pitches coming out of same slot and working downhill. Also flashed a changeup he appears to have feel for.

Hit: Nice combination of burst and feel at the plate. Level path with the ability to lift the ball naturally. Swing plays. Has a chance to be dynamic once bat speed catches up to strength.

Field: Popped between 2.13-2.22. Good athlete back there with fluidity to actions.
Throw: Ball has some zip out of the hand, topping at 74 mph to second base.

Body Type: 5-foot-11 170 pounds. Strong, athletic build.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Rounds out his delivery with a ¾ arm slot at release while displaying fluid arm action. Tempo moves at an even pace that allows for good rhythm. Utilizes lower half well getting down the mound.
Fastball: 77-81 mph Maintained it at the bottom of the zone exhibiting arm-side run.
Slider: 65-67 mph. Light movement at times as arm got too far away from body on some releases and affected control. Showed signs of sharper 10-5 bite later in outing.
Changeup: 72-73 mph. Nice downward sink to it with some tailing arm-side run to add as well.
Pitchability: Displays a strong arm for is class and brings along intent behind each throw. Command on each pitch will improve as he develops and establishes more consistent release points. Plenty of time for him to progress.
Role: Two-way prospect potential, as Dade produces an 89 mph exit velo and 74 mph velo at catcher.
