2/22/20 Position Player
Hit: A ton of bat movement pre pitch. Bat stays on a level path throughout the zone creating consistent barrel contact. 
Power: 79mph exit velo with a max distance of 252 feet.
Offensive Projection: Line drive hitter that works up the middle consistently.
Field: N/A
Throw: N/A
Defensive Projection: N/A
Delivery Notes: Has made big strides in velo over the past year. A big leg kick that lands slightly closed off but is very fluid. A short ¾
arm action that doesn't waste any time hanging out.
Fastball: 81-84mph with a 1900-2100rpm spin rate.
Curveball: 66-69mph CB has chance to be knee buckler
Changeup: 76-78mph Good arm action on CH

Body Type: At this stage, a bit undersized in comparison to peers (5-foot-7, 140-pounds), but possess athletic frame with some strength to it.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Delivery has some effort to it. Long, loose arm action through ¾ to high ¾ slot. Overall, fluid delivery. Big leg kick with inward turn. Good transfer of energy through release.
Fastball: Showed a four seam and two seam fastball. Both were mostly 76-77 mph. Good command of both pitches. The two seam showed good arm-side run.
Curveball: Called it a slider, but act more like a CB. Typically 64-65 mph with 11/5 type shape, but showed a few that acted more with 10/4 spin. Regardless, will be aided by maintaining arm speed on the pitch. Tendency to slow down.
Changeup: Sat at 70 mph. Similar arm side run as his two seam.
Summary: Right now, he is an intriguing arm given the velocity for his size. Should be able to compete and pitch off his fastballs alone at this stage of play in HS. Key for next level will be continued development of his off-speed pitches (in addition to assumed added velocity).
