Scouting Notes:Easy tempo to a delivery that requires little effort. Arm is clean/moves through a high-3/4 slot. Strike thrower that has a feel for the entire arsenal. WIll mix pitches effectively.

Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a back load to hands during toe turing timing mechanism. Pre-launch movements work well to create both energy and consistent timing. Slightly downhill path with a balanced combination of strength and speed to hands. All fields approach with flight that varied from floor to ceiling.
Power: 85 mph tee exit velocity, gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles, guy that can find the barrel often.
Field: Easy actions over at third base. Plays with a controlled tempo throughout. Not flashy but sure-handed.
Throw: 76 mph across the diamond, high-3/4 / loose arm.
Defensive Projection: 3B. 

2/16/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Easy/relaxed tempo on the mound to a delivery that requires some effort. Arm works well through a high-¾ slot. Classic tall/fall delivery. Everything works well. Shows physical signs of more to come.
Fastball: 80-82 mph, mostly true, higher spin guy, wouldn’t shock me to see him in the mid 80s before long.
Breaking Ball: 66-71 mph, one of the better ones we saw on the day, 11/5 with hard bite, tosses it with feel.
Changeup: 70-72 mph, maintains arm speed, sharper tumble into the zone.

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 200-pound physical frame.
Swing Mechanics: Righty bat with an upright setup. Handsy load with a bat tip for rhythm while lower half stays simple/quiet.
Hit: Compact, simple stroke that generates natural backspin to both gaps. Fights to stay inside the baseball, working through a middle-away approach. Strength plays a slightly bigger role than speed in his swing.
Power: 85 mph exit velocity. Present gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Run Producer Potential.
Run: 7.96 60-yard dash.
Field: Third baseman that plays under control with quiet feet. Attacks the ball linearly off the bat. Solid ball skills.
Throw: 74 mph across the diamond. Loose, clean arm that could have more strength to come.
Defensive Projection: 1B/3B

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 200-pound physical frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Works with an uptempo pace to a delivery that requires some effort. Clean arm that offers more strength than speed through a high-¾ slot.
Fastball: 73-76 mph. Ball comes out well with regular cutting action to the pitch.
Curveball: 61-65 mph. Decent little wrinkle of a curveball. 11/5 shaped bender that has big action to it.
Changeup: 66-68 mph. Maintains arm speed on the offering that has some fade into the zone. Playable offering with heaver action when down.
Pitchability:  Strike thrower that has feel for all three offerings.
Role: With his lower effort delivery and feel for all three offerings he projects as a starter.
