Drew Schreck: RHP/OF, (2021) Cloverleaf, OH. 6-foot-1, 180-pound athletic frame. On the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a moderate arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 77-78 mph; had running action and arm side command. Has gradual action on his 11/5 curveball (63-69). His changeup (70-72) shows fading action and arm side control.
Scouting Notes: 6-foot-1, athletic frame righty with feel for the zone. Uses a fastball/breaking ball combo for the most part. Fastball stays mostly true through the zone with curveball having sharper bite to it on an 11/5 plane. Strike thrower who projects for more velocity down the road.
Fastball: 75-78mph.
Fastball Spin Rate: 1709-2112.
Breaking Ball: 65-67mph.
Breaking Ball Spin Rate: 1795-1966.

Delivery Notes: The righty shows a methodical tempo with a choppy arm action from a ¾ arm slot.
Fastball: The fastball was 76-79 mph and was mostly true through the zone but did show some late life at times.

Curveball: Breaking ball was 64-67 mph and showed some depth with decent spin but did seem to ‘pop’ out the hand at times.
Curveball Spin Rate: 2000-2160
Changeup: Changeup was 70-71 mph and true through the zone.
Pitchability: Average feel for his three pitch mix. Both fastball and breaking show potential to develop above average actions.
