Path is slightly downhill generating line drives/hard ground balls throughout round. Swing is efficient just needs to add physicality. In the outfield he does a nice job of creating angles to play through the baseball efficiently. Feet are quiet and he slows tempo prior to fielding to ensure ball security. Works out of a big leg lift and hip load showing good direction towards home plate. Uses a long arm action and ¾ slot. The fastball was mostly straight sitting 65-69 MPH for strikes. Shows good feel for the breaking ball. The pitch has 11/5 shape with developing depth at 56-58 MPH. Also offered a changeup that has regular arm side run at 64-64 MPH. Two-way prospect. In the infield he looks comfortable and smooth. Times feet well to play through the ball with rhythm. Hands are soft with above average ball skills. Has a second baseman look to him where he profiles as an above average defender. A right-handed hitter that the plate that starts in an athletic setup. Swing is smooth and repeatable. Creates angles to the ball and keeps momentum through throws. Receives the ball with softness in his hands and a smooth transfer. Arm strength and physical strength needs to improve, but all of the pieces are there. Right now, best suited at second base, but could surprise with a growth spurt and additional development.
