Pomeraning’s mechanics flowed very well and stay connected throughout his delivery. His fastball 68-69 topping at 71 mph and kept it low consistently for strikes. curveball saw some good, late break at 62-63 mph. He provides separation at hand break followed by good extension downhill to finish out his delivery. A fluid swinger form the left side. Uses a small leg lift for timing while taking hands slightly back to launch. Creates efficient energy and separation through a well timed scap load with upper half. Barrel travels on a slightly downhill plane to the ball showing the ability to square the baseball up regularly. With his swing efficiency expect any added strength with maturity to easily translate to added pop. A contact type bat presently. Similar to his swing actions behind the dish are fluid and mechanically sound. Creates solid direction with his feet with a smooth transfer. Arm has noticeable whip and projects for more strength. Expect pop times to improve as he hits next wave of physical maturation.
