Began in a quiet tall stance with a controlled load, then used a toe tap stride. Bat speed is developing efficient, shows a short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 74 mph; has developing choppy feet, sure hands, and a clean exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.32. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 73-74 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2073; Avg 1972). His 11/5 curveball (65-67) showed some action. (Max spin 1481; Avg 1436).
